Use of the 'bioreality’ tool

The Bioreality Tool is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You may use it to map and share your own health journey. You agree not to:

• Submit data on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.

• Use the tool for any purpose that is unlawful or harmful.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the tool or its underlying code without permission.

Community data and the gallery

If you choose to share your journey graph to the Lab OLE community gallery, you grant Lab OLE a non-exclusive licence to display the anonymised graph pattern as part of the collective evidence base and campaign materials. No identifying information is associated with gallery submissions. You may request removal of your submission by contacting cat@csi-ecosystem.com, though we cannot guarantee removal if a submission cannot be individually identified.

Campaign signatory data

By signing the Human Biosystems Protection open letter, you consent to your name and organisation being included in the submission to the UN Special Rapporteur on the Right to a Healthy Environment and related campaign communications. Please see the HBP Campaign Privacy Policy for full details of how this data is used.

Intellectual property

All content on these sites, including text, graphics, the Bioreality Tool, and the Personal Planetary Boundaries methodology, is the intellectual property of CSI Ecosystem Ltd or its collaborators, unless otherwise stated. You may share links to these sites and reference our work with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions of our content without permission.

The use of AI tools

CSI Ecosystem Ltd uses AI-assisted tools in the development of certain technical and written elements of this project. Specifically, Claude (developed by Anthropic) has been used to support front-end development of the Bioreality Tool and related site components.

All strategic frameworks, methodologies, and original intellectual work — including the Personal Planetary Boundaries (PPB) methodology, the UNPATIENT concept, the biosystems health framework, and all campaign strategy — were originated and developed by CSI Ecosystem Ltd. AI tools have been used in an assistive capacity only; they have not generated the underlying concepts, research frameworks, or community data on which this work is based.

We are committed to transparent and ethical use of AI in our work. We do not use AI to generate or fabricate health data, research findings, or community testimony. All lived experience data submitted through the Bioreality Tool is provided directly by real individuals.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSI Ecosystem Ltd accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of these sites or the Bioreality Tool. The sites are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. CSI Ecosystem Ltd holds professional indemnity and public liability insurance. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Further, where users are based in the European Union, EU GDPR and the EU AI Act apply in addition to UK law. We are committed to compliance with all legal frameworks.
